Annette Then is an experienced bilingual professional leader with the skills to manage an organization’s day-to-day financial structure, operations, and ongoing corporate strategy. She has expertise in accounting, finance, human relations, and project management. In addition, she is skilled in creating and growing solid customer relationships, needs analysis, and account activity tracking.
With twenty years of experience, Annette is well versed in the areas of accounting, finance, payroll, human resources and managing in conjunction with state and federal guidelines.
Annette is currently the point of contact to private clients from various industries, providing business and financial process planning, development, and management; determining the finance and accounting requirements and how to improve current processes. Providing clients with Cash Flow Analysis, Forecast and Budgeting and Budget versus Actual analysis, Annette provides clients the ability to see a financial overview of their business. In addition, Annette assists clients with their QuickBooks setup and training. She oversees the timely completion of the day to day financial processes, including but not limited to accounts receivable, payable and account reconciliations. Annette ensures that the completion of monthly financials and compilations are done in a timely manner.
Annette has received her Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting from Columbia College, as well as her Master of Accounting from Keller School of Management and Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Webster University. All degrees are obtained from regionally accredited institutions.
